PTA Association Meeting & Agenda

Please join us on Thursday, October 13, 6:30pm in the AES auditorium for the PTA association meeting. Child care will be provided by Creative Kids -all ages welcome. You can find the agenda posted on the PTA news board at school and by clicking HERE.

Fall Festival – Volunteers Needed

Fall Festival, sponsored by PTA and taking place on 10/22, is our biggest and most fun event of the year! It’s completely FREE, but we do need your help to make it a success. Each grade level will have a game booth that needs to be set up and manned, and you can also decorate your car for Trunk or Treat! Please click HERE to sign up to help.

Facilitated Recess – 10/13, 10:00am

Please join AES and Shane’s Inspiration for some inclusive play! Facilitated recess will be on October 13th and we would love to see you there. At least 4 parent volunteers are needed to help guide all the children in inclusive play. The 1st recess will begin at 10:00 am and the second recess will be at 10:20 am. Come and help us support all of our students!

Parents Night Out – Let’s Get Crafty!

Imagine a night out where you can enjoy wine, decadent cheeses, desserts, and good company while creating crafts for the PTA Holiday Boutique. Spouses, friends, and grandparents are also welcome (adults only please.) No prior craft skills necessary. We suggest bringing a bottle of wine or dessert to share. Due to space, the event will be capped at 50. RSVP HERE.

Wishing everyone a wonderful week.
